How we handle information.

What this website collects

The quote request form asks for your company name, a contact person, your country, an email address, an optional phone number, and the material and quantity you need. We use them only to answer your request and to follow up on it.

This website does not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Our internal systems

Our staff sign in to an internal system to run the factory. Its records, and the documents attached to them, are stored with our database provider and are readable only by the staff whose role needs them.

Golden Square Archive is an application used only by Golden Square Plast. It copies the company's own business documents into the company's own Google Drive. It asks Google for the drive.file permission alone, so it can see only the files it creates itself. It does not read, keep or share any other Google account data, and nothing it handles is sold or passed to anyone.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host our systems, and where the law requires us to.
